The Johari Window
Saw this at YellowRose41's and thought I'd give it a try. As a backgrounder, the Johari Window was invented by Joseph Luft and Harrington Ingram in the 1950s as a model for mapping personality awareness. By describing yourself from a fixed list of adjectives, then asking your friends and colleagues to describe you from the same list, a grid of overlap and difference can be built up. Pick ONLY 6 words you believe describes me, then find out how to set up your own. Click here. P.S. Please don't forget to hop on my tenant's lilypad and give her a ribbit for me, k?
