Pathways To Peace

Don't know about you but I've had enough of reading and hearing about suicide bombers, outbreaks of armed conflict, warring politicians, and the like on a daily basis. Accidentally stumbling upon this beautiful presentation was a most welcome respite and I thought I'd share it in light of how timely its message is in our time.

Being the eternal optimist that I am, I still would like to believe that we are all inherently good, that some of us just got confused along the way. Notice how people come together in times of crisis. I am constantly amazed and humbled by how animosity and differences of opinion can be put aside when tragedies like 9/11 or Hurricane Katrina happen. Like the song goes, if we just give peace a chance, we'd all be better off.
